【Notice Regarding Multilingual Support Fees】

If you have difficulty communicating in Japanese and need support in another language, our clinic can use translation apps and other tools to help with communication.

Foreign-language support may take more time than a normal consultation because we need extra time to explain your symptoms and treatment, confirm your understanding, and obtain your consent.

For this reason, the following Language Support Fee will be charged.

■ Language Support Fee

• First visit : ¥4,400 (tax included)
• Follow-up visit : ¥2,200 (tax included)

※ The same fee applies to both insured and private medical care.
※ Even if your medical care is covered by Japanese health insurance, this fee is charged separately and is not covered by insurance.
※ The fee includes support using translation apps and similar tools.
※ We do not provide professional medical interpreter services.
※ If you can communicate sufficiently in Japanese, this fee will not be charged.
※ Depending on your medical condition and the level of communication possible, we may not be able to provide treatment if we cannot ensure safe medical care.
